How to submit a copyright infringement notice — and counter-notice — for content on Scriblo Stock.
Scriblo Stock respects intellectual property rights. If you believe an asset on the site infringes your copyright, follow the process below.
Filing a notice
Email dmca@scriblostock.com with:
- Your name, address, phone and email
- The URL of the infringing asset on Scriblo Stock
- The URL of the original work
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Response time
Valid notices are actioned within 24 hours. The contributor is notified and may file a counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
Contributor accounts with repeated valid DMCA notices are removed — one of our 3 spots is freed and reopened.
